Dr. Rainer Spatscheck

Rainer Spatscheck has been a partner in the commercial law firm Kantenwein, Zimmermann, Spatscheck & Partner since April 2018. Previously, he was a partner at Streck Mack Schwedhelm for 24 years and headed the Munich office there.

Rainer Spatscheck is one of the most present criminal defence lawyers in Germany and has extensive consulting experience in the field of criminal tax law. He regularly publishes on tax and commercial criminal law issues as well as tax disputes and is a member of numerous expert committees.

The Local Lounge Munich takes place in the historical premises of the Spatenhaus at Max-Joseph-Platz. The Spatenhaus is known in Munich for its long tradition, its personal ambience and its excellent Munich hospitality.
