Daniel Travers, solicitor, is a partner at Freshfields in the Corporate Crime & Global Investigations practice. He is global co-head of the Corporate Crime practice and head of White-Collar Defence for Continental Europe. He advises multinational companies, financial institutions, board members and executives on highly sensitive criminal and regulatory matters and leads complex and cross-border investigations.

Before joining Freshfields, he worked as a criminal defence lawyer in a renowned boutique law firm specialising in white-collar crime. He publishes in renowned commentaries on criminal law and criminal procedure law and has been a guest lecturer in white-collar crime law at the University of Potsdam since 2019.
