Lukas Bühlmann is a lawyer, partner and co-head of the ICT & Digital practice group at MLL Legal. He studied in Lausanne and Norwich and holds an LL.M. from the College of Europe, Bruges. He advises and represents a broad range of Swiss and international clients in the internet and e-commerce sector, healthcare, tourism and public transport. He advises on technology, data protection, IT, e-commerce and advertising law.

Lukas Bühlmann is a recognized expert in the digital and internet industries. In 2019, he was appointed legal expert of the International Trade Center (Geneva) and advises the ITC as well as foreign governments on legislative projects in the areas of data protection and cybersecurity.

Finally, Lukas Bühlmann is the author of numerous publications in the field of digital legal issues and a regular speaker at regional and international conferences on legal topics in his areas of expertise. For several years in a row, he has been recognized by all authoritative international ranking agencies: Chambers and Partners Europe, Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal.
